I love baked sweet potatoes. I usually cut them smaller and thinner than yours (I assume you have a quite big cut because you only cut them into four. Mine is more). I love to sprinkle them with salt and chili powder or black pepper. Or if I want "sweet" sweet potato I add cinnamon and brown sugar. I really love this tuber plant :)
